Please read the following before signing up for any of our field trips:

• None of our field trips are drop-off. A parent or guardian must attend alongside their child/children. 
• The names of all adults attending and ages of all children attending are required to reserve your spot.
• You must use our Pay Pal link to pay. Your spot is not reserved until we receive payment. You should not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay. Please use the “Friends and Family” option. If you pay using “goods and services”, your payment will be refunded (minus any fees PayPal took out), and you will be asked to resubmit your payment. Fees for field trips with Homeschooling Down South are non-refundable. If you pay your fee and choose not to come, you can give your spots to someone else by sending an email to hello@homeschoolingdownsouth.com and including the person you are giving your space to on the email. 
• If you do not attend and do not pass on your tickets, your ticket money will be donated to the venue. By paying the fee and attending this field trip you are agreeing to adhere to all rules and verbal instructions provided by the venue, and to take responsibility for your own children.

• The venue and Homeschooling Down South are not responsible for your safety. There may be an additional liability waiver from the venue to sign in person upon arrival. Failure to sign will result in your being dismissed from the field trip without a refund. 

• If you arrive late, you may message Homeschooling Down South for instructions to find the group, but it is not guaranteed that your message will be answered.
